Is there a way to specify an arbitrary shell folder as a Directory attribute (e.g. in a Shortcut element)? For example, I don't want to use ALLUSERS. My app is system-wide. I want to make Start Menu shortcuts for all users. There's not a Built-In variable for this. Is there a general way to specif
