I looked at the source code from the jsl website and what they are doing is
installing whichever jsl*.exe binary as the service executable (passing '-ini
' as the
jsl.exe binary into multiple target binary
files (one for each service).

Look at each component that is being removed
Look at each and every file in each of those components
