Yes. MSI doesn't downgrade files unless you do a major upgrade to remove
the old version first.

Also, if I try to install following version:
Install doing downgrade. In Add|remove Program version changes (and name),
but files are not changed.

I don't understand about update process as minor.
I installed version 1.0.1 (for example) as clean install (without previous)
It's OK.
After that I install nex version 1.0.2 - change one file
through (REINSTALL=ALL REINSTALLMODE=vomus)
It's OK. File changed, in Add|Remove Pr

Yes, that's fine. You can do any type of upgrade/patch if you're just
rev'ing a component's resources.
