This is happening because you do not have the correct text in your error
table. I realize it's counterintuitive, but you need to copy in the error
text tags from the wix dialogs and you'll notice the uninstall text showing
up.

When uninstall an application from the Add/Remove Program, on the
uninstall UI besides a icon, a progress bar, and the Cancel button there
