Hi, I am trying to install a WIX-built MSI package to network users using Windows Server 2003's Group Policy Object Editor. I can publish to a user and assign to a computer, but cannot assign to a user - the OS does not display any sort of message and nothing appears in Add and Remove Programs. Is
