-users] Icon for bootstrapper in add/remove
Check the IconSourceFile attribute in the Bundle element. There you can specify
the path to whatever icon you want to use.

Hello
I want to add an icon for the application in add/remove. There is no problem
doing this in the .msi by adding the
to the product.wxs
file.
But when I use Burn to first install .net and other stuff only the boring
default icon is shown in add/remove. Is there any way to add the same icon i
I think there is a bug that the wixstdba is not always getting it's icon
set correctly in its window. If that isn't open, please feel free to open
it.

Hi,
I added an icon to my bundle, the bundle executable now shows an icon in
explorer. However, when started I still have no icon showing on the
top-left corner of the stdba. I am using a 32x32 ico file specified in
Bundle/@IconSourceFile. Am I missing something?

Hi Dan,
thanks for figuring out. I tested it without the "mysterious" "Prop3"
key and, however, it works fine...
Thanks again

I've got it semi working:
http://localhost:8080/mysite"; />
Yet the icon does not show up - however, if I copy this URL shortcut or
move it to the desktop, the icon shows. Maybe a bug in Windows
You can try writing your URL file from the IniFile table instead, as .URL
files are in INI format. I am going to try exactly this later on today,
I've done it before (but not in WiX) so it should work. I'll post my
sample code if you need me to.

I think you have a typo - I'm not aware

You should be aware that the file you
