I am working on changing my WiX 2.0 files to 3.0. So far it has been
going well. However, one of my wxs files does some web things that have
been moved to an extension file. I changed my wxs file to include

xmlns:iis="http://schemas.microsoft.com/wix/IIsExtension"; and put iis: on
