I think that you problem is more an issue with the IIS API (implemented
by WiX) than WiX itself.
You can have only one active web site with a given IP / Port / Host
Header combination. You can have any number of

My installation allows the user to create a new web site during
installation, providing the new site Description (name), and bindings
(port number, host header etc.).
The installation takes place on IIS 6.0 only, and the new website is
