Ok a tougher question. I have everything working and my vdirs installed
only the script maps are not set. Before we moved to WIX I would just
use the IIS app:
aspnet_regiis.exe -s

Try WindowFolder and SystemFolder.

Extension (NetFxExtension, I believe) that will provide the .NET
Framework directories.
