I am aware about the product codes. What i was asking for though is
Component GUIDs.
Can they change with each msi?

Found the issue!
Since i'm new to wix and ma,ing Installers, i must havr broken the
component rules at one point, and that's why the component resources
where not removed.
I changed the GUID
