I cannot for the life of me work out how to add files when using a delta
patch. It works easily enough without the delta flag even when not creating
a new component for the new files (just adding them to an exisiting one).
However with the delta patch i always get

I am creating patches from 2 installers, based on their wixpdbs. The
installer I am creating is already a beastly 170+MB. When patching between
the versions, even though the difference between the source directories is
only a modification to a couple of dlls and an additional little text file,
So i guess I'll just have to extract the merge module and add its contents to
the installer package. That way I know the patch will definetly pick up any
changes.

Hi I have this probably quite simple problem with my patching system due to
merge modules, but cannot find an answer anywhere. Between two versions of
my wix installer the merge module containing a load of dlls has changed.
Both versions of the installer work, however the patch I created to go fro
