Canceling Installing burn generated install results in the following. If
additional information is needed please let me know as I can reproduce this
at ANY time.

Sending the error log without seeing the code that generated the error won't
get you any answers just more questions. Send along the code where you setup
the call to the CA and I'm sure we will find an answer.

Try this
Go to VS2010 -> Team Explorer -> Builds -> EDIT BUILD DEFINITION -> PROCESS
-> ADVANCED -> MS BUILD ARGUMENTS and add "/p:TrackFileAccess=false" then
SAVE.

I'm sorry I must be missing something here. I have ready this post and the

a CA that populates a combobox with the instance of the SQL Servers found
prior to displaying ANY UI.

I don't think you can use a property in that attribute. The Attribute "name"
is defined as a LongFileNameType. Which is described as follows:
