Thanks both for your help so far. This has turned into a bit of a nightmare. Couldn't resolve a reference to C:\tools\WixBuild.targets, managed to get that from the 3.7 source. Now get - the system cannot find the file '!(bindpath.x86)uica.dll'. Looks like someone else has came across this befor
