[WiX-users] deleting old files

1) I create an installer based on the files in a particular folder 2) I delete a file from the folder 3) I compile another installer that doesn't have the deleted file my problem is that the file is still there on the install location and needs to be deleted by the new installe

I have a situation where we are serving msi files via a website link….what ends up happening is that if I choose to run the file directly without saving it locally it does install the product but if I do another run without saving and hit the repair button it fails with a network error saying it c

[WiX-users] problem with repair in v2

I have a website that serves msi packages..at the point of downloading the file if I select run instead of save I can install the file successfully.but if I do it again and select the repair button for the same package the repair fails giving a network error.any ideas anyone??? ---
