[WiX-users] Custom action for Oracle DB?

I understand that Wix provides convenient interfaces for SQL Server Configurations. For Oracle DB, we need to write our own custom action. Could anyone share a CA that allows us to connect to Oracle Server, Create a database and then execute SQLs against the database? Any input and help are
