I've got a app that is written in .NET. To function correctly it needs to
access the registry. On a 32 bit system this is trivial. On a 64 bit system it
needs to be run as a 64 bit app (installed in Program Files) in order to access
these bits of the registry.

First of all, Votive v3 and the error messages that come from v3 of
light/etc. are fantastic. That and the mailing list archives allowed me
to answer most of my questions. Kudos!
A few issues/questions remain.

I'm using VS 2005 and Wix 3.0, and Votive. I'd like to use the XmlFile
extension to WiX. How can I do this from Votive? I couldn't see an
obvious way to modify the command line to get it to include "-ext
WixUtilExtension" on the command line. I tried adding the dll (which I

I've got a project that I used to build with Votive 2 under VS.NET
2003. I've upgraded to 2005, and votive 3.0 (the unstable version). It
built pretty quick -- lots of new warnings. :-)
