Hello all, I'm looking for a way to prevent downgrading certain components
installed in the GAC.
What I'm currently doing is launching msiexec with UPGRADE=all
UPGRADEMODE=vomus.
This does upgrade deployed files and GAC:ed assemblies quite nicely. The
problem is that it also downgrades GAC:ed ass
