Hi, but it would be nice to have an option to change the manifest.
I want this because we have to install web applications on IIS and want to
show options to user to select in which website and which application pool
the web application should run.
On IIS 7+, only admin users can access this kind
The only way I know is using a bootstrapper that requires elevation.
