Doing a little testing with a dummy application that would return an
arbitrary exit code. I found Burn has good support for standard exit codes.
It seemed to treat the exit code as a the System Error Code

If I have two check boxes, each one a different installer, if I install one,
how can I run the boostrapper again and choose to install the other?
Currently it installs the 1 I have checked, run bootstrapper again and it wants
to uninstall :(

To close the loop on this, I finally got it working..
I now have the following for the BeforeBuild Target
@(DefineConstants);@(WebPackageDirs)
I hope this information can help someone else that might try to deploy
multiple Web Apps using WiX.
