Hey Tim, Have you done any type of diff'ing on the logs that would be generated from the three different types of installs you mentioned (32-bit, 64-bit passive, 64-bit full)? You should see when the server state transfers and what the values are. Remember to use the "/lvx* [logfilename]" switch.
