You will probably not be able to buy a new true hub. Most if not all
currently manufactured devices are switches. E-bay is a good source of hubs.

where the VoIP phone contains an integrated two-port Ethernet switch.
One way would be to extend your setup with a hub, like:
PC -- VoIP phone -- router -- hub -- modem -- internet
