with https://github.com/teto/mptcpanalyzer and 1 pcap captured at both end, you can plot the one-way-delays and see losses but only for (MP)TCP connections for now. I developed it because I wasn't able to find what you suggested. You may be able to modify the code to support your protocol. Le mar.

Hi again, We are using 2 computers with installed wireshark and to do some test. We are using skype for voice and video communication and we want to measure the delay. Can we identify a specific received packet that is sent from transmitting computer in order to measure the delay, ie packet
