[Wireshark-dev] Cmake does not provide "make uninstall"

Hi, I just ran make install on a system and after doing my tests I wanted to remove the build again with make uninstall as was possible before the switch to CMake and found that the target does not exist. Googling I found https://gitlab.kitware.com/cmake/community/wikis/FAQ#can-i-do-make-uninstal
