And on Debian (lenny/sid), with packages libsmi, libsmi2-dev and
libsmi2-common loaded it can't find these:
"COPS-PR-SPPI"
"COPS-PR-SPPI-TC"
"DIFFSERV-PIB"
"FRAMEWORK-PIB"
There located in /ust/share/pibs but this directory is not loaded by
default. I'm not sure why, but it seems a work dir
