environment for the windows platform.
One of the items mentioned on the Wiki and in developer's guide is to install
the Platform SDK Server 2003 R2.

Hmmm... I am sure I updated to 23945 _before_ I reported this...
perhaps I need to do a dist-clean.

There has to be a PDU added before DEFINITIONS in the .asn file. I don't have
it but used it from existing asn files, though it is different for each file.
After that I am getting the following error:
