Hi Anders,
it should be fixed now (at least tcap.asn is compileable with asn2wrs).
Best regards,
Tomas

Hi,
I have no problem with backing out my changes but a
Proto_... function should not be local to iuup in my opinion.
Perhaps it should be renamed iuup_proto_.. instead until
We have "the real thing" in proto.c
What do others think?

Hi,
The function I provided also allows for bit strings not aligned to
the octet boundary and the output will look like:
If the data at offset 0 is a5 and we want the two last bits of the first
Octet and the two first of the second:
Bit_offset = 3 no_of_bits = 4 hf_bits_value
The output will look l

Statistics menu on top, then Summary then the Bytes line in the box at
the bottom.
Steve
There's a function in packet-iuup.c (by the same name) which has (what
i believe to be) a more consistent signature with the rest of
proto_tree_add_* functions should that be used instead?
Other than that the one for iuup allows for bit strings not aligned to
the octet boundary.

Hi,
Here's a patch that decodes MMS(Manufacturing Messaging
Specification) when transported over COTP/TPKT/TCP. Previously, MMS
would only be decoded if the OSI Presentation Layers were present. Now
MMS/COTP/TPKT/TCP is dissected.
Take a look and if it warrants inclusion into the source tree, p

Hi,
I was refering to the ranap.cnf file. But I suspect that the problem is
that you have built your dissector as a plugin and
need to have the ranap functions exported trough libethereal.def, try to
add them there possibly you need yo add export
in the ranap.h file like:
#line 1 "packet-ranap-ex
Hi ,
Can you specify which .cnf file, because we don't have a .cnf file in
my plugin directory..
Also , do we need to make any changes in makefie.am, makefile.common
etc??
