The RTP player is still not there, because I'm converting the initial
version that was a plugin to be integrated in the code directly. Will be
there soon.

By the way, the release notes for 0.99.2 mentioned that the RTP Play feature
just missed the Windows installer & that it would be available in 0.99.3. Is
it in the 18804 build, I've looked & can't see
Using ESP dissector and it is very useful.
Is there a simple way to enter an ESP encryption key which contains
non-ASCII characters?
Example configurations for ESP dissector preferences

Currently the latest version on their is 18803, as soon as 18804 is there
I'll give it a try and let you know.
Unfortunately I do not know much about H.450 other than it is used for
supplementary services within H.323.
