So I have the same bssid in /etc/wpa_supplicant.conf,
wlans_ath0="wlan0"
ifconfig_wlan0="WPA"
in /etc/rc.conf in both 13.0 and 13.1. Now I boot up 13.0 or 13.1 network is
down and I have to run dhclient wl
