It is fairly straightforward to upload to Commons, particularly using
something like Commonist (or Pattypan). Particularly given that the CC
release is on the website. Probably takes less time than this
conversation. ;-) I'm happy to do the upload if you want, just send me
the files.

Fair point about not needing batch, I thought the linked page was just a
sample (current councillors) and we're talking about hundreds rather than
dozens of images in total.
