For WLM Brasil (and then Portugal) I set up Template:MonumentID, which uses the Wikidata QID as the identifier to pull in information about the monument, and also checks for image availability on Wikidata, putting ones without them into these categories: https://commons.wikimedia.org/wiki/Categ
