is computed for adding a control to avoid this absurd value.

All is set to prefer_hardware.
But then I can't understand why ALL THE REST of values are correct.
I moved to WEEWX from VWIEW after several years using wview and there was
no problem at all.
So my data logger works well.
It's just the rain rate which is wrong.

I don't know much about SDR, but I'm trying to get to work a Fine Offset
station using the sdr driver as my GW1000 doesn't recognize it.
