Yeah its public. Just been doing a debug and watching sys log etc
Only fault I can see in syslog so far is DEBUG weewx.reportengine: Cannot

How? It depends. There should be docs.
Other than that: what do you mean by "the white page with graphs and text"
and what is your problem with the wind data.

"but weewx is not reporting any wind data." - what exactly you want to
say by that sentence ?
What driver are you using ?
WHich version of weewx are you using ?
What are your weewx.conf settings for that ?
What does your skin.conf look like ?
I guess by "the white page with graphs and text" you
Looking at the docs, it is kinda hard to find a new-to-weewx getting
started guide to spin up on the terminology.
The word you're looking for is 'skin' which is a user-installable set of
files that generate a particular set of web content results. You install
skins typically with the 'wee_exte
I am hoping this is an easy question to answer.
I have Python 3 running on a Raspberry 400 with the Raspbian OS.
I used the setup program to install WeeWX that leaves the majority of
stuff in the /etc/weewx directory.
I am trying to get the driver for the Texas Weather Instruments system

Thank you. I found out wind is being reported, at the time I setup weewx
was 12am and there was no wind activity. This morning it started showing
up.
I will check out the skins. This has been solved.

Hey again Garry. I am trying to work out if this is a weewx or weather34
issue. I can see as mentioned above the rain (or what I believe is the rain
figures) in the loop but when I went to my cwop page after I went home it
shows no rain either and that gets fed from Weewx. The wunderground page
And a link to the Weewx webpages hosted on a different server uploaded via

See https://weewx.com/docs/usersguide.htm#Where_to_find_things - drivers
are under the executables tree so look in /usr/share/weewx/weewx/drivers
for the core drivers. If you added them as an extension they'd be under
/usr/share/weewx/user and the extension would show as installed if you run

This is very helpful, thank you.

There are a couple of checks you can do to confirm the gateway device is
working and WeeWX is receiving the expected data. The first check is to run
the driver directly with the --live-data command line option. This will
display the data received by the gateway device before the data is mapped

Unfortunately it makes it a little difficult to be certain what fields are
there and what fields are missing. Assuming that rain and rainRate are
missing, but p_rainRate and (I suspect) p_yearRain are present, this
suggests that the field map has not been altered as per my first post. Did

Thanks Gary. I did have it there but as I said it was something I had done.
I have been creating backups of the config as I have been altering things
and used the incorrect file. Looks like its showing a bit of data now so I
will keep watching.
Many thanks

Try the following...

Generics
