I'll try that. I tried rolling back to a really old version of wonder,
and that didn't work either, so it seems like it never worked. There's
probably some maven plugin magic that isn't set up for these adaptors,
but since nobody uses anything except the JavaJDBCAdaptor, no one ever
noticed.

I’ve never used the in-memory adaptor. That said, if I understand you correctly
you are saying the source file has the correct info.plist file but when it gets
built, it has the wrong one.
In the very short term you could re-zip the correct file and place in your
.m2/repository
