Interesting to see which turn the discussion took. I assume the answer
to the problem is, that
in the current state it's not possible. I worked around the problem by
now.
The problem arose from the need to maintain a couple of IDs in a
central place (table) and
have several models use
Flattening relationshops (consequently - many-to-many relations) does
not work across database (consequently - EOModel) boundaries
Unfortunately.
It is mentioned in Using EOModeler manual. So you have to traverse
relationships programmatically I assume.
