is for testing -- I'm running with pychecker and am not starting
web2py from the command line. So I can't use -N...but I also can't
use --config. Is there any other way to specify options, or an
options file? Thanks!

The deployment recipes chapter in the book...

...has references to wsgihandler.py and fcgihandler.py
