[web2py] "unable to create application" on Ubuntu 10.04 LTS

mpty. + 'parameters_443.py' file does exist. I read that executing the following helps, but no luck for me: python web2py.py -a "hello" I get the following error: OSError: [Errno 13] Permission denied: 'deposit' Can you please help me with this issue?. Thanks in advance, Lobo
