There is nothing "official". I once made t-shirts and hats for a conference.
There are many sites that make them on demand. Even if I own the copyright,
I do not mind if you print your own or even sell them (as long as they are
not offensive)

Even, I like the concept of gnome love:

well, except for the part of serving this on a web2py app, I wasn't
being serious. Sorry for the confusion.

I would avoid any reference to other python frameworks because 1)
people seem very touchy and, 2) we should go after PHP, ASP, JSP, not
Django.

just a thought... wouldn't an app, 'powered by web2py', where we go to
buy stuff (like t-shirts) take the cause further? and if making money
is the plan, should we not expand the product line to include other
frameworks; shows confidence, we can make more money for web2py AND,
we can use proven mar

Zazzle is another alternative. I don't know if you've ordered t-shirts
from Cafe Express, but I did some time ago, and they seemed very
lightweight. Don't know if Zazzle is
any better.
Here is a comparison:

I like "build the web" or may be "Get the web done" :-), just to comb
Very cool. I'll buy, though we need to find cheaper mugs. ;)
And yes, it should probably be "get it done" or "get things done" ("get the
things done" is not idiomatic English).
Maybe "get it done" is too close to "git r done" (

get permission?

I think it is a great oportunity to discuss the need of the 'web2py foundation'
and perhaps the money of t-shirts, stickers and other stuff can be used to
start the foundation.
Cool! you can also create buttons (or bottons ?) and stickers ?
I buy, if you have a nice design :)

It is a very nice idea,
I talked about it sometime ago when I saw http://www.thedjangostore.com/
Massimo is the copyrighter of the web2py brand and logo, so if he agree
we can use http://www.cafepress.com/ for worldWide
and local manufactures as www.vitrinepix.com (for Brazil)
All the money goe
I like the idea. Why don't we set up a cafepress account or something
where you can order shirts, funding goes towards web2py and link it on
the web2py homepage.

Cool idea!
Suggestion:
If this is to raise funds, then great, I'll take a couple. if not I
would suggest an app where you can you could upload an image/picture,
click a button to then download the same image again but in reverse
(mirrored). With that, we can print the image on some iron-on paper
Suggestions? :)
