Dave: Thanks for the reply and input about the process. I have deleted the admin, examples and welcome directories. Further, I have hacked the widget.py file, to not ask for a password. Currently, I plan on creating a mac binary distribution that displays only a start and stop button. Not quit

Some progress on the standalone application. I removed the examples, welcome and admin directories. The standalone Mac application GUI widget launches the application. It appears that I need to modify widget.py to not ask for an admin password or provide a warning of no admin password. Does any
