It think what you may be looking for is in
{{=response.toolbar}}
which displays among other things:
db._timings
This variable stores each SQL query and the time in seconds to
completion.

The agent as a whole is already in use in various production web sites
using Django, Flask, CherryPy, Pylons and Bottle, just none for Web2Py
yet.
You might therefore try it on a test system first to make sure no
issues with web2py specific instrumentation.
