No, Howard's father is presumed to be deceased. His mother remarried in "The Wedding" episode. The man who meets them at the train station is not Howard's father. He is Millie's father. So he doesn't have to have a mustache. I think it's the funniest thing when Millie's mother elbows her husban

On the color episode of "Howard and Millie".Millie says she wants Howard to shave off his mustache,  he rebuts by saying his father always had one and it's a family tradition.  When they get to the train station in Wheeling,  his father doesn't have a mustache.  He must have broke the tradit
