We used steps below on MLX4 (25g connect4) recently to test-drive and it came
up for us on RHEL.

libibverbs*.deb
mlnx-ofed-kernel*deb
mlnx-fw-updater*.deb
last one will upgrad
Quick FYI., atleast from our experience with Nfvi customers, where bonding is
enabled, the runtime changes aren't a requirement.
VPP bonding at startup has been good enough.
