Akash, I don't know why you would want to do that. IEEE 802.3's minimum length of an ethernet frame is 64 octets - anything shorter than that will be processed by any receiver as a runt frame and discarded. See https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Ethernet_frame and a rather informative context at https
