You need you install the missing dependencies as you find them. ‘dkms’ is a standard Ubuntu packages to allow runtime compilation of kernel modules. You can grab it from any Ubuntu repo, or perhaps the apt cache of another Ubuntu machine. I suggest however you invest in an HTTP proxy or a local
