I've been asked to give a heads-up when doing cherrypicks, so here it
is - You might see a bunch of merge jobs in Jenkins waiting for their
turn (because they are serialized); the verify jobs are usually
relatively fast.

yes the queue was stuck…..it is now unstuck BUT….do expect the queue to go UP a
good deal before it goes down..
(due to the nature of one stuck check style job launches 6+ jobs when it gets
unstuck and finishes)

The backlog was due to the 300+ TREX jobs. After clearing the TREX
jobs, the queue is down to 47.
