which I use to test the installability of the releases from packagecloud, and
see if you can make it work in a clean docker container.
Then you have a known good setup to compare your local with.

I am trying to install VPP directly on ubuntu 20.04. While installing
for vpp plugins/vpp-lib I see dependencies error where
installation candidates could have obsoleted.
Can you please provide the workaround for below issue
