At the moment, we hold non-list-member posts in the vpp-dev moderation
queue. Unfortunately, spam comprises almost all of the messages in the
queue. I've been deleting 10-20 junk emails per day - "want to buy a list of
conference attendees?" - and I would like to spend that time doing so
