The moral of the story here is ‘only madmen/people run pip —upgrade pip in a
script and expect the wheels to not fly off’
Obviously the LF has not learned this lesson enough. (But with the release of
pip 20.0.0 yesterday it was another reminder)

All verify jobs are now failing because of these. “lftools command not found”
seems to be the issue but not the only error.
