I am using NAT44 and am trying to limit upload and download bandwidth
separately on wan0.
setup:

A gentle reminder that VPP 19.04 RC2 (Final Release Candidate) Milestone
is tomorrow at 1800 UTC.
After RC2, only critical bug fixes will be merged into stable/1904.
Please review open anomalies for candidates to be fixed and open a Jira
