dom false positives - ORBS hasn't been
operational for over a month and mail administrators are being advised
to remove tests using ORBS from their setup.

The signature needs to stay, otherwise subscribers "forget" how to
unsubscribe.
However, people need to take a bit more care to trim quoted messages
in their replies. Note that this has an even bigger impact on
digesters.

We've been thinking about setting up a Wiki for both VNC and OmniORB
