As he mentioned, cygwin (a Unix environment under Windows) has ssh
(daemon and client), inetd, and many well known Unix tools, e.g. bash,
ls, find.

At any rate, its an older version but it may be possible to take the
newest version and apply the patches.
Anyway, just grab Xfree86 for Cygwin, if you can use MI/X then Xfree86
should work :-

Umm, the source for x0rfbserver is in the rfb "package" which is on
the same website as x0. I suggest grabbing that and compiling it
yourself.

Thats presumably because its part of cygwin - grab setup, run it and
choose which packages you wish, thats all there is to it (apart from
configuring it all :-) Oh, by the way, if you don't do it this way,
you're on your own as far as Cygwin suppor
